The Concierge Level, LLC provides public Wi-Fi access, upon request. Bring your laptop and hookup our web cam, download some shareware and your video conference is ready to go. Housekeeping during your stay is at your convenience or on request. Light housekeeping includes pick up of paper trash provisions at the end of the event.
The Concierge Level, LLC provides cups, glasses, water, ice, creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and coffee. Sodas and bottled water may be set up with ice and glasses and charged on consumption. All beverage services may be located in the conference room or day office rental for your convenient self-service.

Conference Room
Professionally furnished conference room with one conference room table, which comfortably seats six and could accommodate eight. One flip chart on a floor stand or dry erase board with markers are also included. The conference room also includes accessories to compliment a professional environment.

Day Office
The day office includes one desk with chair. Guest seating will accommodate two guests. The day office also includes office accessories to compliment a professional environment.
Training Room
The training room is 340 square feet of open floor space. Guest seating will accommodate from 12 to 30. A white board with markers, and upon request a flip chart on a floor stand with markers. The training room also includes office accessories to compliment a professional environment. Ask about event planning services to compliment your event.
As a client of The Concierge Level, LLC, have access to:
• Inviting fully furnished and staffed lobby for guests with professional rotating art exhibits.
• Business center with color copier/scanner/fax machine and use of our fax number, and convenient postage meter to function like the post office. Access to all the major shippers and office supplies may be delivered directly to your office.
• Private break room a “place to get away” without leaving the office; fully furnished with sink, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator conveniently providing fresh brewed coffee.
• Professional virtual staff providing exemplary service in a transparent fashion, resulting with “raving fans” rather than just satisfied customers, looking out for client’s best interest and success in whatever the project. Access to event planners and caterers to host on-site or larger meetings off-site or pamper business guests.
• Convenient first floor banking with possible reciprocal services for the private fine-dining club on the 21st floor of the Republic Centre.
The name, The Concierge Level, LLC is a reference to the floor of any world-class hotel on which guests are showered with personal attention and amenities. We are much more than “a box with a door,” a P.O. box or answering service, or a temporary staffing service. We seek to redefine the phrase, concierge service, providing business-related services to clients and neighboring businesses in the manner afforded guests at world-class hotels. Standard staffed business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, other staffed hours are available upon request.
